Health Insurance:

PARAMOUNT DRYWALL, INC. offers health insurance benefits through Blue Cross and Blue Shield Options of Florida. The employees are eligible to enroll in the health insurance plan after completing ninety days of continued employment. This benefit is paid by the employer. Eligible dependents are welcome to join the plan, but dependents' premiums are the employee's responsibility.

The Company provides benefits for its regular full-time eligible employees. However, the Company reserves the right to change or eliminate benefits at any time with or without notice, unless notice is required by law.

Dental Insurance:

Paramount Drywall, Inc. offers dental insurance benefits through MET-LIFE. Employees are eligible to enroll in the dental insurance plan after completing ninety days of continued employment.

Long-Term Disability Insurance

Paramount Drywall, Inc. provides Long Term Disability insurance benefits through Jefferson Pilot Financial. Employees are eligible to enroll in the dental insurance plan after completing ninety days of continued employment. The benefit is paid by the employer and covers the employee only.

Retirement Plan

Employees are eligible to enroll after completing six months of continued employment as long as they are at least 21 years of age. Paramount Drywall, Inc. encourages all employees to participate in order to take advantage of voluntary annual employer contributions. The vesting period in the plan is five years at 20% per year.

Holidays:

Paramount Drywall, Inc. observes the following Holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Paid Vacations

One week paid vacation per year after completing one year of consecutive employment.
